Reservations & deposits
A reservation is held once a deposit is received and confirmed in writing. Dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
Pricing
Quotes are based on the vehicle, time and route provided at booking. Additional hours, extra stops or route changes may alter the final price. Gratuity is not included unless stated in your quote.
Cancellations
Cancellations made outside 72 hours of the pickup time are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours may forfeit the deposit. Prom, homecoming and New Year's Eve bookings may carry stricter terms, which are stated at the time of booking.
Passenger conduct
All passengers must comply with local law. Vehicles are non-smoking. The chauffeur may end a trip without refund if passengers create an unsafe situation or cause damage; the responsible party will be charged for repair and downtime.
Liability
We carry full commercial liability insurance and operate with licensed, insured chauffeurs. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our control.
